Nothing keeps a car on the road longer than clean oil and regular maintenance. We change oil, replace filters, set plugs, and tell you what we see while we’re under there, good news included.
How we handle it
An oil service here isn’t rushed. We use the oil your engine calls for (Valvoline or Chevron, conventional or full synthetic) and quality WIX or ACDelco filters, then check belts, hoses, fluids, tires and lights while the car is up. If something is starting to go, you’ll hear about it early, when it’s still cheap.
A full tune-up goes further: spark plugs from NGK, Denso or Champion, air and cabin filters, fuel system and induction service with BG products, and a scan for stored codes. If your car has a rough idle, weak throttle or sagging fuel economy, a tune-up usually brings it back.
Common questions
How often should I change my oil?
It depends on the car and the oil. Many modern engines on full synthetic go 7,500–10,000 miles; older engines and hard-driven cars want it sooner. We’ll set an interval that fits how you actually drive.
Do I have to go to the dealer to keep my warranty?
No. Federal law protects your warranty as long as required maintenance is performed and documented, which we do.
What’s actually in a tune-up?
On a modern car, mostly plugs, filters, and a fuel/induction service, plus a scan for codes. On an older carbureted engine it means timing and carburetor work too, which we do a lot of.
Can I wait while it’s done?
